Sub-sections

I love this extension and I do a lot of stuff with it, but I often find myself struggling to organize it in a well structured manner. Having sub-sections or like folders inside the sections, or something else, would really make this a lot easier. 

I have no idea how hard this would be to implement, so I apologize if I'm asking for too much. It's just an idea of mine.
