How to set auto action "forward and Back" a page

Hi There,

I would like to set a simple action "forward to a page after 5 seconds it's back to the previous page, I want it auto until I stop it. Can I do it on Autocontrol?

The following action chain goes back, it waits 5 seconds and it goes forward.
