Unexpected Error Restoring an ACS file

I received the following error while trying to restore a specific action. The ACS file I was trying to restore is attached below.

I deleted the problematic action I was trying to replace before attempting the restore. I don't know if that affected the restore or not. I don't see why it should, but I thought I should mention it since it's the only thing I did differently from my usual restore process.

I'm using a beta version of Autocontrol because it fixed some other problem I was having before. I would still need to use this version.

Are you able to reproduce the error at will? or did it happen just once and never again?

If you can reproduce the error, then we can add a few tweaks to the extension that you can then try and see if the error is indeed fixed.

It would be too much trouble to try and recreate the conditions. If I run into the problem again, I'll let you know.

I don't usually have a problem with the restore and having it has made life a lot easier. It is an important capability to have and depend on for restoring settings so I thought I should report the error which indicates it is going in some kind of endless loop. It was the only time I got this error. It was repeatable at the time, in fact, I couldn't get past the error without restoring a settings file from backup.
