Hello, I'm currently using a "reload tab" kind of extension to keep alive a
website's session, and it works, but there is a specific function that all of
the extensions I tried lack (or I didn't find), which is using a different URL
to trigger the current tab's reload. So, I'm wondering if is there a way of
adding a "timer" trigger, so I could set a determined tab's content gets reloaded
every certain amount of time, but not using a normal reload, but invoking the
opening of another URL which will lead to the same final webpage that was
originally loaded, instead.

This is due to the fact that, basically, when I login into a main website which has
different apps, one of those apps rely on the main website's login information,
which I could keep with regular reloads, but the app itself do some redirections,
and the valid URL which will work to open the app isn't the same as the one that
keeps finally loaded. So, I would need an action that reloads the final redirected URL
by opening a new URL on the same tab, every a few minutes.

For example, using this website:

http://backlinko.com/hub/youtube/position
https://backlinko.com/hub/youtube/position
https://backlinko.com/hub/youtube/positioning

It will do "3" redirects, till it loads the final website, one that, let's say, has the app I need to use. But, since reloading that end of the chain "final" URL will not work, I need a way of invoking the repetitive opening of the initial "valid" UR, which will trigger the chain's loading from the start.

Thanks.
