How to set keyboard shortcuts in "action"

There are two shortcuts for "Switch to right tab": "Ctrl + Tab" and "Ctrl + PgDn". These two shortcuts have some functional differences, and I want to use the "Ctrl + Tab" shortcut.

"AutoControl" uses the "Ctrl + PgDn" shortcut.
