Creation of mailing group

In the past, discussions and announcements with regard to Auto were decentralized and scarcely managed. In light of the division and confusion resulting among the community because of this, the Auto Project has created this mailing group to be the center of all such discussions, announcements, et cetera.

We suggest that users of Auto join the group to keep aware of goings-on.
