AuToBI Version 1.3 is available

Hi all,

I've posted AuToBI version 1.3 to the website: http://eniac.cs.qc.cuny.edu/andrew/autobi/

There are also models trained on BDC, BURNC and Columbia Games Corpus material.

Overall, this version of AuToBI generates better results and uses less memory.
