Real Time processing

Hi

I am Zhou Yu, Phd student in CMU working with Alan Black. We are curious about if the toolkit has a real time version. We are developing real time dialog system, adding the prosodic events in the system to monitor the human would be very interesting. Thanks!

Hi Zhou Yu,

AuToBI does not currently include real-time processing.  That's an excellent direction to bring the tool, but it would require some significant engineering to extract features from an audio stream rather than a fixed file.  I'm not ruling it out by any means, but it's not supported now.
