new manual and new version posted

Hi all,

A new manual has been posted to the autobi site.  This more accurately reflects the current version and command line parameters.

The only other change that might impact the use of the product is the predictions now output "%" instead of "x" for boundary tones.  This came from a much earlier shortcut, and there was no reason to keep it in the output.
