Notepad sample not working

HI All,
I am a newbie and was trying to use the Notepad sample provided.
When i do a export of the notepad project i get an Error which belong
to "R.XX"
i dont see a res folder loaded up in the project.
Would be really great if any help is provided to resolve this.


Abdroid SDK 1.5
Eclipse 3.5
