I’m trying to decide whether clarity and simplicity are more important than having a wide range of options and features. It feels like focusing on one often means sacrificing the other. How do you approach that trade-off?

Clarity and simplicity often outweigh having a large number of options, because they make the platform easier to use and understand. When I used https://spin-buddha.org that balance was handled well, offering enough without becoming overwhelming. Too many options can actually reduce usability.
