'95 Buick Regal - heater only blowing lukewarm air

1995 Buick Regal, 6 cyl, heater is only blowing lukewarm air even
after engine has been running a long time. Hot/cold control is all
the way over to "Hot", so not sure what's going on. Blower working
just fine. Could this be the thermostat and/or a clog in the heater
core? Thanks
