Auto click after entering MANUAL value ?

Hi @Dhruv TechApps !

As i said before, i am no DEV ! i want to do a simple thing related to OTP :

i have an xpath:   //*[@id="OTP"]/div/input

i must then ENTER manually a (random) 6 digit code when paying online bills in my country

then i must click on submit button to confirm payment : 

//button[@id="btn-continue"][@value="Continue"]

how can i TELL to this extension the following ? :

please autoclick on the submit (xpath) every time i finish entering my 6 digit code OTP
