Wildcards in URL?

For example, a URL that has embedded parameters after the question mark ('?')

Is there any way (regex or otherwise) to do a fuzzy match and ignore the parameters

Example...

URL:

https://teams.microsoft.com/dl/launcher/launcher.html?parameters=foo

Action: 

//*[@id="openTeamsClientInBrowser"]

Value:

MouseEvents::click

I want to click on the "openTeamsClientInBrowser" button regardless of the parameters.

Is this possible already? Otherwise please consider it a feature request.
