Is it possible to make 2 actions be performed in turn, and cyclically?

I can not understand what needs to be done so that 2 actions are performed alternately and cyclically
My settings are like this

No they run in order only . 

For second action you can add condition to skip if first action is executed. 
and for first action you can add condition to run conditionally using addon.
