Social Group

I am only new to this and still not sure what help is out there and
where to access it.
One of the biggest needs for my daughter is to have friends to
socialise with and accept her, as she lost her best friend late last
year to an illness (she was only 12 - far too young!!), my daughter
now has no friends and she can't understand why others don't tolerate
her.

If there are any other parents out there with children with Autism, up
to the age of about 16yo living in the Southern suburbs of Brisbane (i
live in the Logan area) that might be interested in being involved in
social get togethers (bbq's, beach day, bowling, ect) could you please
let me know and i will organise something.
