Patch for setup.py

attached is a patch for setup.py so that all information from
...egg-info/PKG-INFO is stored in setup.py. The egg-info files will be
overwritten by setuptools if necessary, setup.py is the correct place to
store them.

Maybe you should even consider excluding the egg-info dir from svn.
