Thanks for sharing this important topic. I have been in a project where the topic "self care" was introduced and team members share the conscious act they take to promote their physical, mental and emotional health.
Examples of self care tips are taking a walk, watching movies, eating healthy diet, doing some yoga exercise etc. Considering the fact that many people are stressed and overwhelmed this period, it is important to develop a self care plan although one size does not fit all.
