Good Morning,
I do hope this quick email finds you well, My regrets for this sudden request, i am in need of some urgent assistance, i made an unannounced trip to Kiev(Ukraine) for a program. The program was successful and everything was going fine until last night when i got mugged on my way back to the hotel where i stayed, all cash, credit cards and my mobile phone were stolen at gun point. It was such a horrible experience for me, luckily i had left my passport in the safe at the hotel.
I have been to the Police and they directed me to the embassy but they're not helping issues at all, i was asked to come back in 2 weeks time for investigations to be made proper, But the truth is i can't wait till then as i have just got my return flight booked and its leaving in few hours from now and i have canceled all my cards, it appeared I acted quickly enough or they almost would have succeeded in clearing out my bank account, i need some money so i can pay for my hotel bills and then fly home, wondering if you can loan me $2,500? i will make the refund as soon as i get home.Send me an email back, i have internet access from the library in the hotel. I'm sorry to bother you, I just didn't know how else to contact everyone quickly.
