Hey guys,

Until recently, we had 6.1.15 on the client side and 6.07 library version and were able to publish Web Help without problems.

We’ve just now upgraded to 6.1.18.23705 (client) with 6.08 library version and now can't publish Web Help.

We get an error at 99% of publishing saying that "Windows command processor stopped working."

When we open the Web Help, we get a blank screen in all browsers. Our Web Help template is set up to publish, IE, Firefox, and Chrome.

Have any of you upgraded to these same versions with positive/negative results?

Did we upgrade too soon?

Look in the web help template directory. I think we had an issue that there were some directories in there that were not getting copied to the output directory.

Well, it seems as though something is stopping it from completion on our side. The HTML files are created in the output folders while the dreaded JS files are not.
Any clue as to what may be halting their creation?

Thanks for the info!
