numbered lists don't rest

Hi

I'm using the automatically generated numbered lists defined in the Related Topics tab and the lists are not resetting despite the style of the previous paragraph that in theory restarts numbering. My previous template did restart numbering - so there must be some additional configuration somewhere.

On rare occasions I have the same problem after changing AIT styles to implement a new template.

Anyone have insights or resolutions to thses problems?
