Notice of upcoming authentik Security releases 2023.8.4 and 2023.10.2

We'll be publishing a security fix on October 28th, 19:00 UTC (excuse the weekend release) with the Severity Level Critical (only affects instances where the default admin user has been deleted). Fixed versions 2023.8.4 and 2023.10.2 will be released, alongside a workaround for other versions.
