Hey everyone,
There will be no Peace Alliance meeting tonight, Thursday March 18. However, we are having a VERY important lobbying training with a National Peace Alliance representative next Thursday, March 25 at 7:00p in McKinley 202. Please please please do everything possible to make this meeting if you're planning on coming lobbying with us. Also, be sure to review notes about HR 808 from both the handouts and the website beforehand so that we can be as productive and efficient as possible.
In addition to the training, we will be discussing concrete plans for lobbying (who we're going with, when, which representatives we want to target) and a possible spring fundraiser. Have a great week! Enjoy the gorgeous weather!
