The Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) is seeking
public submissions on proposed changes to the Telecommunications
Numbering Plan to accommodate voice over Internet protocol (VOIP)
services.

Will VOIP break Telstra's dominance in telecommunications in Australia?

Will Telstra allow VOIP-services to eat into their profits, or will it
force their Bigpond subscribers to use its own service? Will it do the
same for others?
