YOU'RE INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE MANLY ENVIRONMENT CENTRE INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE

Dear Members,

For many years Judy Reizes and her peers have been very active running
the Manly Environment Centre.

This year, to mark twenty years of notable advocacy on many fronts,
they are organising an international conference over four days from
Sept 8th - 11th.

This conference will focus on the interests and activities of
Environment Centres and community activism throughout Australia and
around the world. Its objective is for participants to share best
practice experiences, establish networks and learn strategies on how
to effect change in local communities.

The event will be held at North Head Sanctuary – a place of
outstanding Aboriginal significance natural beauty and diversity. As
the gateway to Sydney Harbour, it is an appropriate site for this
important gathering.

We invite you to participate in the conference with a ‘Call for Papers
& Presentations’ and to subscribe to receive updates.
