Hi Xinlong,
Welcome to the group. I ran QGIS training some years ago at MAS and UT in Hobart. Glad to have you on board.

Has anyone else had trouble ordering data from Elvis? I am finding it hard to get the data I want. I have specified Boxes and only got about ½ of what was ordered or totally the wrong area.. I have done a polygon and got data with a hole in the middle which is of course the key area.
It seems a bit weird? I am only experimenting with it so maybe I am missing something.
Cheers

Hi Iain,
We use it regularly. Our experience would be that gaps or missing data in what we receive is always caused by gaps in the base dataset Elvis is serving us from. As a conduit Elvis itself works reliably for us.
One common trap is it will say it has data from a grid tile but it actually only has a small portion of the area, not the whole square. That is not apparent until you receive the data.

Thanks Reuben,
That was my experience – I thought I was mad.
