Dear voting community,

Thank you very much for casting your votes. The AGM is now closed, and we can look back on another successful year filled with remarkable achievements.

The unofficial results are as follows (official results will follow as soon as we compile the AGM minutes):

  • Financial Report 2024 — approved unanimously (39/39 in favor)

  • Annual Report 2024 — approved unanimously (39/39 in favor)

  • Confirmation of Financial Controller 2025:

    • Andreas Voigt (User Group Germany) — confirmed with 38 votes in favor and 1 abstention

  • Additional Financial Controller election:

    • Jeroen Hovens — 18 votes (46.2%)

    • Arnaud Morvan — 8 votes (20.5%)

    • Thomas Ramm — 7 votes (17.9%)

    • Abstentions — 6 (15.4%)

A warm welcome to Jeroen Hovens as the additional Financial Controller. Our sincere thanks also go to Arnaud Morvan and Thomas Ramm for their candidacy and commitment to supporting QGIS.

In the name of the PSC, I would like to thank you all for taking part in this crucial moment to keep our organisation well-balanced. I would also like to thank you for your confidence in us doing the necessary work.

I’m very much looking forward to two more years of pushing QGIS forward without compromise.

Cheers,
