Hiya,

I've got the following link: https://mapprod3.environment.nsw.gov.au/arcgis/rest/services/Common/Admin_3857/MapServer/26 and also a data with the extension .mpkx.

Can I please ask for the steps to open these in QGIS?.

Thanks,

Carlos

Hi Carlos,

You can drop those ESRI webservices into QGIS. I use the browser panel and create a connection under "ArcGIS Rest Servers" see image below.

To connect to the one in your email trim the URL to the following  https://mapprod3.environment.nsw.gov.au/arcgis/rest/services/Common/Admin_3857/MapServer and this will connect at the top level of the service, showing you all the layers it contains.

Thanks
Andrew

Hi Carlos

You can add this as a service and it will appear as a service you can get data from.
Note I think this is a Mapserver and not a feature services: A feature server serves individual layers (aka features) as structured text (xml or json) a mapserver serves maps as images (png - jpeg - gif)
