SAGA gridding problem

I have come across a problem when using the SAGA Next Gen B-spline gridding algorithm. I get a message saying " proj_as_wkt: C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\15\share\contrib\postgis-3.3\proj\proj.db contains DATABASE.LAYOUT.VERSION.MINOR = 0 whereas a number >= 4 is expected. It comes from another PROJ installation." and the grid is not correctly created.

This appears to be a recent problem and wondered if anyone else has had this problem? Might just need a full re-install.
