Backed by data and economic modelling, it positions CLTs as a practical, scalable solution to the housing crisis — with Castlemaine’s own affordability figures at the heart of the research.   Join us for a community conversation led by housing advocate and economist Karl Fitzgerald, who will share: 1. Why now is the time to take housing into our own hands 2.How a local land trust could unlock housing security for generations to come 3.
