Truly excellent news from Waterfall Way. See below and attached:


Dear CLT Colleagues

 

I am thrilled to let you know that earlier today Bellingen Shire Council unanimously passed a resolution to start the process to dispose of land in Urunga for our demonstration site. I have attached the Council papers for those who are interested. 

There is still a lot of work ahead before we celebrate move in day. But this is a huge step forward which I wanted to share. We really hope that this is the first of many similar partnerships between CLTs and local councils across Australia.
