Hi all
I'm very pleased to have this paper published in the International Journal of Housing Policy today, with data documenting Australian would-be CLT homebuyer interest in both leasehold and co-ownership models.
More than 90% of the focus group participants would have signed up on the day if they could. My favourite quote: "I mean, what’s not to like? Really, what’s not to like?".
