------------------------------------

I am contacting you in regard to a research project ‘Collaborative home ownership in Australia: benefits, barriers and opportunities’.

This project identifies how Collaborative Home Ownership (CHO) can be integrated into Australian housing and housing assistance policy. It maps and classifies established and emergent Australian CHO models; examines community motivations and resident outcomes; identifies financial, governance and regulatory requirements and barriers; and draws lessons from international cases to inform policy.

We are seeking survey participants who are, or have been, founding members, developers, residents, or simply curious about Collaborative Home Ownership (CHO) in Australia.

The survey will explore participants' motivations and interests, existing knowledge of CHOs, community experiences, impacts and outcomes, housing pathways, future aspirations, and basic demographics.

Please share this invitation, attached flyer, and survey link with anyone who might be interested in participating. Feel free to include it in your newsletters, email communications, or on social media.

You can find the survey: https://swinuw.au1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_2mJNl6NuN1RCQqG .

The survey will take approximately twenty to forty minutes to complete. The attached project information sheet provides more information about the project.

The research is funded by Australian Housing and Urban Research Institute (AHURI) and is carried out by researchers from Swinburne University of Technology, RMIT University, University of South Australia and Western Sydney University

Please don’t hesitate to contact should you have any questions about the project or the survey.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Thank you,

Piret
