Urgent - Please show your support for Council land for Waterfall Way CLT

Bellingen Shire Council is consulting on the prospect of transferring surplus land to Waterfall Way CLT for a CLT demonstration site. This will be a huge step. 

You don’t need to live in the Bellingen Shire for your voice to count. This project is being followed nationally and your support will help give Councillors the confidence to proceed.

Dear CLT friends,

I have recently returned from a long trip to US (building affordable housing).  We have completed building our first rental property on Russell Island and received occupancy permit. We couldn't have done it without the committed help of former Board Chair Andrew Paul, and Board members Fred and Margarita Brogden.  However, these Board members have all moved to remote locations and resigned.

If there is anyone in Queensland or especially in the Brisbane area who wants to help develop our CLT, please get in touch.
