Cory , your not clogging up the site .. your the only member who has
posted any pictures , or started any topics , thanks . I just got my
inbox jammed with about 80 emails from a similar group on google .
Remember members you can opt to recieve no emails , a digest , or
individual emails . Back to the Aroids ... The larger one is a
cultivar of A.longiloba , the ones that go all gray are the best
[imho] so many variants its not funny . And they are very easy to
grow .
They can get to nearly 2 m high in a shady spot , I have a photo of
one of the members standing behind a longiloba that towers over her
head ,, well grown Carmel . The green back form can be a nice
contrast . I have seen these growing in full sun , and the new leaf
just glistens purple when it first opens . Really like the small one
Cory .. can you get some more ??

The 'true ' 'watsoniana' is covered in gray .. the normal cultivar is actual
more purple .. one of the nicer large growing forms of longiloba .

No Ed , the parentage of x Amazonica is supposed to be lowii and sanderana
if you have that lovely gray frosted amazonica , I want a pup from it as I
lost mine , that picture was taken several years ago .
