A very similar growing species is Alocasia nebula syn. guttata imperialis
This is a very attractive plant . I paid a lot of money for my plant from
someone who collected it while surfing in Indonesia . It is a much better
clone than the one that was put into tissue culture . Leaves can get very
large for one of the 'jewel' types .I would like to have a clump of these
growing in my pocket of rainforest .
