Hi everyone,

We wish you all a very positive New Year with all the best for your families and friends. It's been an eventual year with serious weather events here and overseas. Sadly the power that be are still in denial mode. I just hope that politicians realise that they risk defeat if they don't need the message from our wonderful scientists.

I will retire to my little office later New Year 's Day to compile my records for 2024.

Saturday and Sunday here are looking to be a bit hot but finally looking like we might get some rain. 18.6mm here about 4 weeks ago.
