Hi everyone,
After weeks to doing the dull side of compiling stats I have written the following Report on my observations and conclusions. I am yet to see what influence the SOI, Indian Dipole and associated rainfall variations have had on the deviation from average over the last 33 years of observation. I did note the cool period we had a couple of years ago with the well above average rainfall and the aftereffects of the Mount Pinatubo eruption in June 1991 which caused a series of cool years. Of course, the horrendous Summers of 2015 and 2016 also stand out in the analysis.

Cheers,

Gavin
