Hello Again Friends: (This is an addendum of my previous May 2009 weather summary):

Well, there's an old saying that goes: "If it rains on the first day of the month, it'll rain on 15 days that month." Even in our wettest months--whether the 1st day of that month is a rainday or not--it's hard to squeeze out 15 monthly raindays here.
As per my records (1984-Present) here are my 15+ day rainmonths: (*=The 1st day of that month was a rainday):
16---Oct. 1984
*16--June 1986
15---April 1990
16---June 2004
*18--Nov. 2004
17---June 2007
*16--May 2009

The 1984, 1986 & 1990 listings were before I had a home rainguage; those rain readings were taken from somewhere in town and a number of those daily readings were below .05"/1.2mm (it may not have rained at all at my house). With my home rainguage, a rainday for me is a day with at least .05"/1.2mm (or more) of rainfall.

It rained here on the 1st and again today.  I will have to keep count and see what happens.
