Looks like quite a few storm cells building rapidly across Central Victoria at the moment. Could be an exciting few hours coming up. Some of them appear to be quite intense. Rumbling of thunder being heard in Woodend at the moment.

 

Is this the remainder of the storm system that hit Sydney the other night?

[Bussy]

I was at Springhurst at 1pm today and a storm came over there that at a guess dropped 15mm, with small hail, in about 10 minutes. Didnt take long to get puddles. Not a drop 15k north at Rutherglen.

Well it rumbled for over 3 hours in Bendigo, before it turned to
light rain. Was a bit concerned about lighting starting fires, which
happened around Romsey, but no such incidents up here.
