Hey there Negina,

This is Carolina over at USA Ultimate HQ. I don't believe we have met just yet (I just moved to town and started working here about 3 weeks ago), so it's great to meet you virtually! 

I'm emailing you today because we have a Regional Coordinator vacancy in the South Central that we need to fill as soon as possible. We typically aim to have Regional Coordinators for the 8 regions (1 in each division-Men's, Mixed, Women's for a total of 24 RCs) by January, but since I only got to town in March, we're a bit behind. 

Right now, one of the few vacancies is the South Central Regional Coordinator for the Women's Division. As one of our State Based Orgs, we'd love to have an RC that is affiliated with you all, which will make it easier to work together to make Regionals a great event, and potentially a fundraiser for the organization running the event.

Please let me know if you know of anyone that would be interested in taking on this volunteer coordinator role. Attached is some more information about the position including benefits and expectations.
