Pasti Darwin atau Uti sbg orang tax PwC bisa jawab lebih akurat..

 

- any fees associated with investment activities, are tax deductibles ???  => Ya... tapi cuman deductible dari investment income. Jadi nggak dari personal income.
- trading costs ?? => ya.. see point 1

- managed funds fees ?? => entry fee ... ya...see point 1. MER and performance fee ... dont think so. Karena distributed income sudah net of these fees.

have yet to see, if the Huntley newsletter included in eTrade, is the same.. we can compare once I get access to the account.

Lo gak ngantor yah? tadi liat lo lagi jalan bis jumatan, gw lagi ngacir ke kantor, mau negor tapi lampu dah ijo.

Eh index fund tuh apa yah...maap lagi learning by doing. Apakah itu yg ada di daptar index? berarti blu cip dong.

Kl saham2 gw rata2 natural resources gitu (mineral, coper zinx etc) hehehe bis kedengerannya mereka lagi agresip cari-galinya...kl menjulang yaa potong kambing kalo jeblos yaa nyengir....sambil nyabut rumput.

Wid, gw juga pake e-trade, gw daptarnya juga hari senen. Mungkin krn gw ANZ customer kale. gw gak perlu nunggu2 aktifasi2an gitu. tinggal log in, trus ke bagian "account services" buat dapeting trading passwordnya. gitu. nunggu nya paling pas abis transfer duit.

SFY and STW .. yup I've seen them before.. looks very much moving with the index.. Beta seems to be 1 ;)

I'll be looking for Alpha somewhere else ;)

But not with SLF, mainly due to recent slump in the Listed Property..

Some commentaries also say to stay away from Listed Property.

Yoi.. gw ngantor dari rumah. Soalnya gw baru resign dari IBM, jadi kerjaanya nggak banyak..
Anyway, Index tuh listed funds yang mereprentasikan saham2 index.. contoh yang dikasih ke Widhi tu:

STW		SPDR S&P/ASX 200 Fund
SLF		SPDR S&P/ASX 200 Listed Property Fund
SFY		SPDR S&P/ASX 50 Fund

Wah kayaknya eloe betting di Zinipex neh...
