UPLA is looking for a rockstar Community Outreach Director! Perks include immense gratitude, hugs and free league!
The most important part of this role is volunteer management, but the role can evolve with the personality of the volunteer. Your focus would be on managing, recruiting and communicating with our volunteers as well as running our new volunteer management site, TimeCounts.

This is the software we use to recruit, organize and plan volunteering events. Easy to learn, but there are a few of us who can show you the ropes.

Send social media blurbs to our Communications Director to market volunteer needs
Use UPLA list serv to recruit volunteers
Connect willing volunteers to the right roles, especially those awesome people who check "Yes! I want to get involved!" on league surveys
UPLA Volunteer Party & Incentive Program

Running & Fine Tuning our Incentive Program via TimeCounts
Committee Management/Engagement
Engage your Community Outreach Committee for help with the above. Our interim Community Outreach Director will sit on that committee with you, so you will always have them (and the rest of the board as a resource)
