Hello Trail-ers ...

Just a Reminder about our Trail Mix-er this Thursday, from 6 pm to 8 pm, at the new BJ's Brewery / Restaurant in Sunset Valley.  This is next to Kohl's, behind Red Robin, at the southeast corner of Brodie Lane and Hwy 290 West.  (When you exit Hwy 290 the line looks very long, but it usually moves swiftly, take the U turn and be careful crossing over two lanes of traffic to make a right turn.   You can miss the first turn and take the second one.)

I have RSVPs from about 16 people with 13 saying they'll be there.  (See below.)

Look for us in the bar area early and then in the section-offed area, to the far left, at around 6 pm ish.

Bring your Trail Worthy friends.   Please RSVP if accepting.

Hello Trail Folks,

The Oak Hill Trails group would like to invite you all to a Trail Mix-er on Thursday, Dec 6th, from around 6 pm to 9 pm.

We are meeting at the new BJ's Brewery, which is just behind Red Robin, near to the corner of Brodie Lane and Hwy 290 West.  This is in south / southwest Austin.
BJ's brewery makes their own excellent beer and their food is fantastic.   This place has quickly become "the pride of southwest Austin" (at least for us beer drinkers).  Seriously, though the menu is great and the atmosphere is nice.

If people could arrive around 6 pm, that would be best.   We have a space reserved, but we could also easily take over the bar area, if the RSVP is under 20.   The Oak Hill Trails fund isn't large enough to host, so this not a sponsored event, but we still want to see you!

We surely want to celebrate the great work that is going on in SouthEast Austin with the CCCT, and hey, maybe they've earned a beer "on the house" ?   Oak Hill Trails hopes to follow in the trail they've laid.  We'll also want to recognize several other important contributors.

Anyhow, if you could RSVP directly to me at
rper...@austin.rr.com and let me know if you plan to attend, it would help with getting the proper space.  Heck if only a dozen people show up, we're still going to have a great dinner and killer beers.

Please RSVP.

Hope to see you December 6th.
