forms_submit button

hi!
so i have set up a form in dreamweaver, and created the submit button.
in the actions it has the correct mail to: command. but when i test it
on the site it opens up a link to send a email. any suggestions?

what is the form trying to do?
the mailto: command will load up the users default mail client.
however if you want it to send the mail automatically you have to
have...
