hepl with a form

So i have this form on my website:

when i submit it on the url bar i get
this:http://news.search.yahoo.com/news/rss?&p=value, inseatd of
http://news.search.yahoo.com/news/rss?p=value..so i wanna the "&"
symbol not to apear and to get a clean url like
http://news.search.yahoo.com/news/rss?p=value without the "&" symbol in
it.ca anybody help me?
