Web Site Promotion Help?

Hey guys,

I'm starting out in this business, and I'm kind of new to it. I just
designed www.juzerweb.com and i wanted to know how do I go about
promoting it? I've read a lot on google on link exchange, etc. I was
wondering, how do I go about getting started with link exchange? What
are the best ways to market that does not require an investment?
