I'm looking for someone to convert two html pages into css so that we
can scale up the site and make editing changes in one place. I can't
afford to pay much but I will pay you. If you're interested, let me
know asap. If all goes well (and depending on what you charge), i may
have more work for you in the future.

Have you got a mock up illustrator (screenshot, a design) of what you
want the page to look like using CSS? I may be interested.
