PS - I was involved in creating the OLAAC and I am one of the outgoing members. We made a lot of progress in our first year to form a partnership with Austin Parks and Rec to develop off leash area policy, work with park adopters, identify new off leash areas, and manage current ones.  Some of the most rewarding work I have ever done.
