Austin Off Leash Dogs Google Group

Hello Austin Off Leash Area Users, Supporters, and Adopters,   We are doing a yearly housekeeping of our site and wanted to remind you of a few things about the Austin Off Leash Area Google group.   You will also notice the site has a new look.  This is Eco the dog a new logo that is accompanied by the tagline “Cleaner Creeks, Parks & Feet” that you will begin to see around town in city dog-related areas and we will also be working with you to bring Eco into the parks on signage and such.   The focus of this group site is for those who want to help increase and improve off-leash dog areas in Austin parks, with a focus on sustainability and benefit to the community as a whole.   This group site will be the main avenue of communication to Off Leash Area Park Adopters for news, updates, resources, and meetings from the Off Leash Area Advisory Committee.   Austin Parks Foundation and PARD’s liaison for the off leash adopters will also use this site as one of the ways to post communication to the off leash adopters and community members who are interested in Austin’s off leash areas.   This group is co-administered by the all-volunteer Off Leash Area Advisory Committee to the Parks Dept. and Austin Parks Foundation.   We encourage you to post comments, questions, thoughts, and ideas related to this focus.
